In this session we will look at respect and communication. A good mentee will respect the mentor and appreciate the time they are spending in mentoring them. They will respect the value the mentor is providing. Likewise a good mentor will respect the mentee and what new they bring to the table. In a practical sense respect will be shown through sound time management, to that end we will look at the urgent/ important TM Matrix.
