9. Working safely
All activities should take place at a safe distance away from others. You will need to have competent throwing and catching skills and follow recommendations on choice of equipment detailed in the course material. You should assume that equipment may fall out of your control and take necessary steps to deal with this safely.
In preparation, this video will help to ensure that you are able to work safely and you have the information needed to make the most of the practical activities.
