Tom Knowland, Leeds City Council’s Head of Sustainable Energy & Climate Change, was seconded to the University of Leeds’ Sustainability Research Institute to develop and share knowledge and best practice in developing a low carbon economy and supporting low carbon / high quality lifestyles.
